Coleman Peterson, Mel Redman and Steve McPheeters have announced they are joining forces to create a new executive leadership network in Bentonville, Arkansas. The Bentonville Leadership Network will begin with a conference/seminar in Bentonville, Arkansas and will continue as an on-going network of leadership best practices and ideas.

“ We think it’s time to form a network of leaders and bring them to Bentonville to get creativity flowing flowing again, “ said Coleman Peterson, former people Manager for Walmart Stores and current President of Hollis & Associates of Bentonville. “ There many executive conferences around the US but none like what we are putting together here in Bentonville.” By teaming with Mel Redman and Steve McPheeters, we collectively bring some positive success example to the table and hope to discover new dynamic leaders in the process.”

The BLN begins with a three day- two night conference at the Bentonville Doubletree. Peterson, Redman and McPheeters will host the event and teach new leadership modules and create a lot of interaction amongst the participants. Each seminar is limited to no more than 25 people. The Bentonville Network continues after the conference with continual networking and sharing of ideas through their privatized website reserved exclusively for BLN graduates.

“There are so many examples of using one’s leadership skill to bring project/financial success, “ noted Mel Redman of Redman and Associates and formerly Senior VP of Store Planning & Operations for Walmart Stores. “ There are many past and present examples and stories of success. We plan to share those stories and hear of other successes throughout the conference.”

In addition to the executive learning modules presented by Cole, Mel and Steve, there will be a historic tour of Bentonville and much discussion about the formula of success and creativity that permeates the Bentonville region like none other.

“The Bentonville Leadership Network is truly unique and different, “ stated Business and Organizational Development Specialist Steve Mc Pheeters. “ We believe executives and leaders will benefit from coming to Bentonville and participating in this highly interactive conference…and it doesn’t end here, but is just the beginning for those who attend.”
