McPheeters Group has entered into a Patent License Agreement with Telebright Corporation out of Rockville, MD to offer MinuteGuard under the name "PlanGuard".

PlanGuard will be equipped with MinuteGuard which provides alerts to your cell phone before you go over your minutes; but in addition, PlanGuard will also couple with the Manage Right platform, Telebright's overall account manager for wireless and wireline clients.

PlanGuard will be offered initially through the TEM Channel (Telecom Expense Management), but a consumer and small business Beta should be rolling out within the next couple of months.

TEM will be ready by June 2008 and the Consumer Beta will roll out following.
